It was there, at the Case IH stand, that the new Patriot 4050 made its grand debut, receiving a real flurry of positive feedback and a standing ovation from customers from all over the world. The new 50 Series sprayer line enters the market with a completely new look, characterized by advanced technology, high efficiency and modern design, transforming spraying in the field.

Quality from the heart of Brazil

The Patriot 4050 is manufactured at a modern plant in Piracicaba (Brazil) under the strict control of CNH Corporation. This is one of the most technologically advanced sites in the world, where each sprayer undergoes multi-level quality checks according to the brand's uniform standards. The choice of this plant is not accidental: Brazilian conditions (dustiness, difficult terrain and heat) are identical to Ukrainian ones, which makes the machine ideally prepared for our realities.

Legendary heritage

For many Ukrainian farmers, Patriot sprayers (in particular, the legendary model 3330) have become a symbol of stability. This machine has gained trust over the years due to its phenomenal endurance and unique layout. The ideal 50:50 weight distribution is not just numbers, it is the operator's confidence that he will go out into the field when others are waiting.

We know that a farmer's trust is difficult to earn, but Patriot did it. That is why we have preserved this fundamental DNA in the new Patriot 4050. You get the same reliable machine that you are used to trusting with the "keys to the harvest", but now it is moving into a new digital era. This is the same “workhorse” that saved crops in the most difficult seasons, but now it has received the American endurance of the 50th series.

Power core

Under the new hood design, the time-tested heart works - the Case IH FPT engine with a volume of 6.7 liters. This is the same reliable power unit that is installed on the legendary Puma series tractors. Now its power is 272 hp (309 hp at peak). A new hydraulic system with four individual hydraulic motors on each wheel provides intelligent all-wheel drive. If one wheel loses traction, the system redistributes the oil flow, pulling the machine without slipping. Eco mode automatically optimizes engine speed, significantly reducing fuel consumption.

New tank and intelligent refueling

• Material and volume. The main tank now holds 4000 l. It is made of high-strength impact-resistant polymer, resistant to aggressive chemical compounds and UV radiation. Three mixers ensure perfect homogeneity of the solution. The clean water tank has increased to 400 l.

• Front filling. The unit with its own filling monitor has been updated. The operator can control the pump in automatic or manual mode right next to the filling hose.

Available boom options and technologies

We offer booms with a working width of 30 or 36 m, for which the most modern technological solutions are available:

• AIM Command FLEX II. The PWM system (20 Hz) maintains a perfect drop regardless of speed. Cornering compensation automatically adjusts the flow on each nozzle separately;

• Boom recirculation. The solution is constantly circulated under pressure along the boom contour. You start working instantly with the desired concentration without “spill” of the preparation onto the ground;

• AutoBoom XRT. Radars scan the tops of plants (Canopy), keeping the boom stationary to the horizon even on slopes and during sharp maneuvers;

• Augmenta. Multispectral cameras save up to 40% of SZR due to differentiated online application.

Reliability of the 4350 standard

Patriot 4050 received architectural solutions from the flagship American model 4350:

• Reinforced hub drive (for 4 bushings): the design is borrowed from the flagship American model 4350. This provides a huge margin of safety and solves the issue of wear of components when working on difficult terrain with a full tank;

• Air suspension in the "armor": a unique solution for chassis protection. The air cylinders are completely covered with steel casings, which makes it impossible to damage them with hard corn stubble or aggressive dirt;

• Comprehensive underbody protection: all trunks and strategic nodes are covered with steel screens. Together with a ground clearance of 1.73 m, this allows you to work safely in tall corn and sunflower crops in the late stages of vegetation.

Digital office

The new Magnum-level cabin has received an AFS Pro 1200 monitor and a VIS2 panel. The interface and joystick are identical to the top Case IH tractors. AFS Connect telematics allows Agroalliance specialists to remotely connect to your monitor for diagnostics. The fuel tank now holds 450 liters, which guarantees long autonomy.
