Agroalliance opened a new branch in Khmelnytskyi

In December, Agroalliance officially opened its first branch in Western Ukraine. In the new center, located in Khmelnytskyi, the official dealer of agricultural machinery has located a large exhibition complex, a training complex, a large spare parts warehouse and a powerful service center.

“A full-fledged training class will operate on the basis of our dealer center, where machine operators can gain new knowledge and improve their qualifications. We will also actively participate in events and organize our own field day in Khmelnytskyi. After all, it is usually the West of Ukraine that is the driver of change. Here there is a large concentration of our partners - large companies that actively purchase modern agricultural machinery and use it on their fields. So small and medium-sized farmers can evaluate the units in operation,” noted Artur Leontiev, head of the branch in Khmelnytskyi.

In the branch in Khmelnytskyi, residents of the western regions can get acquainted with the full line of the world-famous CASE brand and the No. 1 agricultural telescopic loaders Manitou.
“We have received an exclusive dealership for Manitou equipment in the Khmelnytskyi region. So we will promote the brand, which is indispensable in every agricultural enterprise, under the schemes of trading and partnership programs. We also exchange old models for more modern ones with a surcharge,” emphasized Artur Leontiev.
According to him, partnership programs for CASE equipment operate at PrivatBank, Kredobank, OTR Leasing and Lviv Bank. In turn, Manitou loaders can be purchased under the partnership program with PrivatBank and Lviv Bank. All equipment is in stock, so after signing the agreement and paying, it immediately goes to the agricultural producer.
As noted by the head of the branch service center, Oleksandr Fedorchenko, a warehouse of basic spare parts and consumables with an area of 240 sq. m. was built in Khmelnytskyi. m and a state-of-the-art repair shop with a warm box, a crane-beam and all the necessary tools, where they can simultaneously service up to 30 machines. The company's specialists perform the full range of work, starting from repairing engines, transmissions, gearboxes and bridges, ending with problems with electronic systems. Service engineers carry out technical, warranty and post-warranty maintenance, and also train new operators and combine harvesters directly on farms. And in a new class for 12-15 people, the center's specialists, together with representatives of manufacturing companies, will conduct more in-depth courses.
“The service works 24/7. Currently, we have 9 field teams, staffed by professional engineers, who serve all western regions of Ukraine. However, in the future we plan to increase the number of teams. "The agricultural producer, purchasing equipment from us, is constantly in touch with us and will never be left without the necessary spare parts, regardless of the age of the equipment, or without our help," said Oleksandr Fedorchenko.
